These terms govern your use of this website and the services of Island Vibez Living Vacation Rentals LLC. By booking a stay, listing a property, or renting a vehicle with us, you agree to the terms presented at the time of booking or signing.
Stays
- Guests must comply with property rules, HOA regulations, and occupancy limits.
- Properties are provided safe, clean, guest-ready, and as advertised.
- Reservations made via partner platforms are also subject to that platform’s terms.
Property management
- Our listing, letting, booking, and customer-service fee is 25% of secured reservations; on-request property-manager services are billed at $45/hour plus $1.19 per mile.
- There is no sign-up fee and no long-term contract commitment.
- Owners are responsible for maintaining city approval for short-term rentals.
Car rentals
- Drivers must be 30 years of age or older with a valid license and insurance.
- Vehicle-specific terms are provided at the time of booking.
