A one-condo dream that became an island concierge
In late 2020, husband-and-wife team Leroy and Karen Nottage looked out at Singer Island and saw two things: a travel world ready to come roaring back, and homeowners stuck with a bad choice — pay 30–50% to a traditional property manager, or shoulder every booking, cleaning, and 2 a.m. guest call themselves.
They started with a single one-bedroom condo and a different idea: a concierge service built around both the owner and the guest, with modern standards, honest pricing, and real humans answering seven days a week. That idea became Island Vibez Living Vacation Rentals LLC.
Today we market homes across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, and FlipKey, optimize nightly rates, screen every vendor who touches a property, and welcome every guest like family — at a flat 25% commission that only gets paid when our owners do.
