Stays booked through partner platforms

Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, or FlipKey follow the cancellation policy displayed on that platform for your dates and listing.

Direct bookings & car rentals

For stays and vehicle rentals booked directly with us, your confirmation email states the applicable cancellation window and any fees. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
